The Grid Review tool helps review the comparable sales grid for consistency, accuracy, and overall appraisal support.
It checks whether the subject and comparable data appear reasonable, identifies possible inconsistencies, and provides comments on key comparison items such as sale date, location, age, size, lot, condition, quality, basement area, garage/parking, and other relevant features.
This tool is intended to assist the appraiser in reviewing the grid more efficiently. The final analysis, adjustments, and value conclusion should always be confirmed by the appraiser using professional judgment and market evidence.
